Infinifactory is a 3d puzzler where you manipulate objects in 3d space using conveyers, elevators, rotators, pushers, blockers, welders, lasers, demolishers, counters, etc. I'm about 70 hours into the and there's still a final set of missions so Really nice puzzle game from same developer that made Spacechem. Really nice puzzle game from same developer that made Spacechem. It's a surprisingly compelling loop to get caught in, and I think anyone who likes a good helping of problem solving will get their money's worth from this game. You could easily lose tens or even hundreds of hours to this game finding new and creative ways to solve the many problems it presents you, trying to eek out a little more efficiency. Infinifactory is a puzzle game that does not resemble many other puzzle games other than Spacechem (by the same developer) but it's a shame because the sort of puzzles on offer here are a far better test of your problem solving abilities than its contemporaries. It's a compelling challenge, and it really serves to highlight just how varied the possible solutions are. This does not actually affect progression, but it does give you an incentive to come back and find new solutions and see how well you can do compared to others. When you do solve a puzzle the game grades you on three things: how quickly you can produce your target output, how large your factory is, and how many blocks you used. There will be false starts here and there, but it always feels fair. As you break things down and try different things, every puzzle will begin to make sense. But every single one feels solvable after some experimentation. As the game progresses the puzzles get progressively more daunting, often leaving me wondering how I'd even begin to solve them. It feels awesome to get everything working together perfect sync and to see a bunch of blocks get turned into a line of tanks or shuttles. There is a certain degree of trial and error involved in making a functional factory, but the end result is always satisfying. eventually you will reach a point where every solution you come up with is likely going to be unique to you. As new tools are introduced it opens up not only more difficult and complex puzzles, but also more and more ways of accomplishing any given task. Instead you are given free reign to find your own way forward. It's not a case of figuring out the order to perform a set of pre-determined actions. You are given plenty of tools, which are doled out at a very deliberate pace as you progress but the game offers you no clear solution. Each level presents you with something to produce, and space to build a factory that will convert parts into that finished product. The key to its success is in how it layers a bunch of simple mechanics to build complex and open-ended puzzles. You are How are there no reviews for this game? Infinifactory is an excellent little game, and one of the best puzzle games in recent memory. It's that accessibility that makes Infinifactory special: not only is it clever, but it shares its cleverness with the player. How are there no reviews for this game? Infinifactory is an excellent little game, and one of the best puzzle games in recent memory. The best Infinifactory solutions blow my mind, but I'm happy with my own ones too. This is the most generous game Zachtronics has made, opening up SpaceChem's lofty problem-solving up to anybody who can place blocks without sacrificing too much intellectual headroom in the process. It's nice to be able to finally give Infinifactory the outright recommendation it warranted earlier in the year. It's appropriate, then, that Infinifactory allows you to output a gif of your creations at the touch of a button (these have been upgraded in a recent patch, too) and that, for those who want to take things further, there's the option to create and share user-generated puzzles via the Steam Workshop. It's the videogame equivalent of those incredibly compulsive looping gifs of factory processes, but you made it-and the pride you experience in coming up with a solution feels 'earned' in a way that it does in few other games. There's a tremendous satisfaction to watching a machine that you've slaved over diligently follow your orders. The genius of Infinifactory is not that it's a very well-designed puzzle game: it's that it makes you feel like a talented designer too. Or implement everything from the ground floor. you have to consider for a third party library such as NET libraries for compressing or even decompressing cause you can't even make a generic compress file or even decompress a generic zip file. if you decompress any docx file with package class you can see everything stored in it. It something Microsoft uses to compress their *x extension office files. NET 2.Īnd there is another way which is Package class it's actually same as Gzipstream and DeflatStream the only different is you can compress multiple files which then can be opened with winzip/ winrar, 7zip.so that's all. gz format so if you compressed any file in Gzipstream it can be opened with any popular compression applications such as winzip/ winrar, 7zip but you can't open compressed file with DeflatStream. NET first you can use Gzipstream class and DeflatStream both can actually do compress your files in. There are 2 ways to compress/decompress in. Here is a gist of the full file with some comments. Public static void ExtractTar(string filename, string outputDir) Using (var gzip = new GZipStream(stream, CompressionMode.Decompress)) A GZipStream is not seekable, so copy it first to a MemoryStream Public static void ExtractTarGz(Stream stream, string outputDir) Using (var stream = File.OpenRead(filename)) public static void ExtractTarGz(string filename, string outputDir) Using (var str = File.Open(output, FileMode.OpenOrCreate, FileAccess.Write))Īnd here is a few helper functions for opening from a file, and automating first decompressing a tar.gz file/stream before extracting. If (!Directory.Exists(Path.GetDirectoryName(output)))ĭirectory.CreateDirectory(Path.GetDirectoryName(output)) Var output = Path.Combine(outputDir, name) The primary method is this: public static void ExtractTar(Stream stream, string outputDir) I made a very rudimentary, down-and-dirty method to extract a tar archive to a directory, and added some helper functions for opening from a stream or filename, and decompressing the gz file first using built-in functions. Using those two values, we need only seek to the appropriate position in the stream and copy the bytes to a file. The first is the name, and the second is size. Having looked at the spec for the tar format, there are only really 2 values (especially on Windows) we need to pick out from the header in order to extract the file from a stream. NET conveniently has built-in, which takes care of all the hard part. There is no compression, that is typically handled by compressing the created file to a gz archive, which. At its core, it just takes a bunch of files, prepends a 500 byte header (but takes 512 bytes) to each describing the file, and writes them all to single archive on a 512 byte alignment. While the gz format could be considered rather complicated, tar on the other hand is quite simple. gz information on filext. While looking for a quick answer to the same question, I came across this thread, and was not entirely satisfied with the current answers, as they all point to using third-party dependencies to much larger libraries, all just to achieve simple extraction of a tar.gz file to disk. The scientific community isn't quite sure why salt therapy purportedly helps improve lung conditions, says Dr. Of course, using an inhaler daily for months is different than sitting for an hour in a "salt cave" - but it does raise the question, does salt have the power to heal? And if it does, can we reap the benefits by buying into this wellness tend? Can Halotherapy heal respiratory ailments? As halotherapy gains popularity (an estimated 300 salt caves exist in the United States alone) some claim the treatment can improve acne, seasonal allergies, arthritis and even depression, although there has been no peer-reviewed research to support most of these claims. When other physicians started to notice the same, salt caves began popping up around Europe up as a therapy for lung ailments like pneumonia or bronchitis. Salt exposure as a therapeutic treatment developed after 1843, when Polish physician Feliks Boczowski noticed that his patients, who worked in salt mines, had no respiratory or lung problems compared to other miners. Halotherapy - from the Greek “halos,” which means “salt" - uses dry aerosol micro-particles of salt or minerals inside of a large, arid space to simulate the microclimate of salt mines, says Dr. But increasingly, people (including medical practitioners) have been recognizing Himalayan sea salt as a mechanism for purifying and healing the body. They're beautiful, and mostly used for decoration. Whether it's in a local metaphysical center, a farmer's market or a big box store, Himalayan sea salt is sold in every form imaginable, from lamps to tea light holders to gigantic slabs. Unless you've been living in a cave (not made of salt) for three years, you've no doubt noticed that Himalayan sea salt - those peachy-pink, jagged slabs - are everywhere. Hi, I am new to Mac Avast and have two questions. The macOS, or Mac OS X system, has existed for 40 years in various forms - it’s robust, and because of its regular updates, malware developers find it hard to keep up with the changes and write viruses that will successfully infect the Mac operating system.Īpple's basic malware detection is built directly into its Mac OS X operating system. The 200-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HP1 sensor with a width of f/1.9, a length of 1/1.22 inches, and a pixel size of 0.64m does most of the work when it comes to taking pictures of things. When it comes to the number of megapixels counted by its sensors, the Motorola Moto Edge 30 Ultra is breaking all previous records. It’s pretty similar to the “stock” version of Android, but Motorola has made a few changes here and there. In terms of software, it runs on Moto’s version of Android 12, which is almost the same version as the Pixel phones made by Google. It does, however, have incredibly small bezels, which are made to look even better by the curves in the glass and the fact that the tiny hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera doesn’t get in the way of anything on the screen. That means the screen has a lot of contrast, details, sharpness, and movement. It works with HDR10+ and supports 10-bit color, which means it can show more than a billion different colors. However, it has refresh rates of up to 144Hz, which gives you smooth and clear graphics in parts of the interface that support it as well as in games and apps that support it. It has a fullHD+ resolution, which is pretty standard. It is built around a large 6.67-inch OLED screen. The display is a lot like the design in that it does a lot of things right. It also has three camera sensors and a dual-LED flashlight. This means that the camera module is square and has rounded edges. The Motorola Moto Edge 30 Ultra uses this style of design. The back of the Motorola Moto Edge 30 Ultra uses Motorola’s most recent design style, which can also be seen on the Neo and Fusion Edge 30 phones. This speaker has a hole that is about as long as it is wide. Above the hole-in-the-back camera is a speaker that can also be used as an earphone. The fingerprint sensor is built right into the screen, and it works perfectly. Because of this, the device may have the smallest display bezels of any Motorola phone ever made. The Motorola Moto Edge 30 Ultra screen is very curved, like the screens on the first Motorola Edge phones. This brand-new high-end equipment looks a lot more “edgy.” The new Motorola Moto Edge 30 Ultra is completely different from the Motorola Moto Edge 30 Ultra phones that came out at the beginning of the year in terms of how they are put together. HDCleaner developed an algorithm that deletes the allocation table of the SSD and all written blocks within seconds. Not only can you never be sure whether the occupied data blocks were really caught when they were overwritten, but frequent writing also shortens the service life of the SSD. As a result, traditional multiple overwriting is no guarantee of secure data erasure on SSDs. Neither the users nor programs can determine which parts of the SSD are written to.
